History:

The Diabetes Research Centre was founded in 2012 consisting of a group of scientists working at the Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences who perform basic and clinical research in the fields of diabetes and its complications. We aim to make significant contribution to furthering the knowledge of the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and prevention or cure of diabetes through research studies and clinical trials and apply this knowledge to the benefit of the population.
