History:
|
The Invasive Fungi Research Center (IFRC) was founded by Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2012. IFRC has well equipped laboratories to carry out research on medical mycology fields including new diagnostic methods, antifungal susceptibility testing, resistance mechanisms in fungi against antifungal agents and epidemiology of invasive fungal infections in susceptible hosts. This center provides research facilities and guidance to all post graduate students, too.
