History:

The Health of Plant and Livestock Products Research Center (PLP) at Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences was approved by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in 6th March, 2015.
PLP aims at enhancing interest in research activities through academic members, students, and recruits in addition to support researchers at all academic levels.
Furthermore this center is dedicated to conduct research on the use and creation of knowledge based on the needs of the community.
In order to achieve a rightful place in the national program for public health in the region, as well as obtaining the authority of the international rating; PLP research center affiliated with the Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, plans to gain a good position in the development of science, technology and innovation in the maintenance and promotion of plant and livestock products in the country.
